Charlie Specht

As a wealth management advisor, I have the great fortune to work closely with so many great people every day and my motivation comes from knowing I have the ability to help them and their families. I enjoy teaching people about investing. It is great to watch people's money grow so they can pursue some of their dreams and live confidently in retirement.

I was born in Encino, CA, and grew up in Glendale.  I remember spending lots of time outside playing with friends, riding bikes, and hiking in the hills around our house. I stayed in California as I pursued my education, attending the University of Southern California for my bachelor’s degree and Woodbury University for my Master’s of Business in Finance. 

Now, I live in Coeur d'Alene, ID, with my wife and business partner, Dana. We have two children, Alyssa and Joey, and they drive me to be a better person.  My family and I love being outdoors together. My favorite passion is Scuba Diving, but I enjoy riding my ATV, boating, hiking, and biking as well. As long as I am with my family, any activity is special to me. 

I have always had a special place in my heart for the scouts. I am a proud member of the Eagles and Elks clubs and on the troop committee of Boy Scouts Troop 202. My son, Joey, who has been a scout since 1st grade, is now a senior in high school nearing completion of being an eagle scout. I enjoy the Elks and Eagles because they are a great way to meet people in the community and they also lead many local charitable events that I enjoy participating in.
